A client is always considered as a partner to Lanell Innovation. Therefore, our reward reflects the value of a project.

Lanell Innovation operates with a two-step reward model based on a baseline and performance. The baseline indicates the total project costs and the client's evaluation reflects the performance. The client can evaluate the project using four different elements of measurement:

- Innovation -
- Strategic insight -

- Operational ability-

On the basis of the client's evaluation the performance is calculated and can make up 0%-160% of the baseline.
